Customer Data Retention Policy (Cardholder)
In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection of BiH (“Službeni glasnik BiH” broj: 49/06, 76/11, 89/11), the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina does not store any information about your credit or debit card.
The National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina uses data from online store forms exclusively for DHL delivery purposes.
Payment for ordered products can be completed through options enabled by the e-pay service.
Statement on Personal Data Protection and Collection
We are committed to protecting our customers’ personal data by collecting only the necessary, basic information about customers/users needed to fulfill our obligations. We inform customers about how the collected data is used and regularly offer them the choice regarding the use of their data, including the option to decide whether they wish their name to be removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.
All user data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who need it to perform their job. All of our employees and business partners are responsible for adhering to privacy protection principles.
Security Policy for Card Transactions and Cardholder Data
When entering payment card information, Raiffeisen e-pay provides secure billing for merchants and transaction security for customers through the highest card acceptance security standards mandated by Visa International (Verified by Visa) and Mastercard Worldwide (Mastercard Secure Code).
Raiffeisen e-pay is enhanced with the latest version of the 3D Secure code (security protocol). 3D Secure is a free service provided by Raiffeisen Bank to increase your security when paying with a payment card online at merchants participating in the Mastercard SecureCode and/or Verified by Visa program. The 3D Secure service provides you with additional protection against unauthorized use of your registered payment card during online transactions.
The 3D Secure code (security protocol) from Raiffeisen Bank guarantees the security of data during purchase, as the entire payment process is conducted on the bank’s pages. At no point are payment card details accessible to our system.
