Description

Objects donated to the Museum become a permanent cultural value that is best preserved in the museum space in the long run. The exhibitions motivate visitors and admirers of the Museum to contribute to the richness of its collections and the development of museology in general with their gifts. Thus, Mrs. Milojka Ceković, from Sarajevo, donated a certain number of objects to the Museum back in 1984. The presented objects in this catalogue most beautifully present the metaphor of the postulates of modern science, which is based on the prerequisite collection and systematization of even the “smallest” contribution to the research of the richness and diversity of ethnographic, cultural and historical heritage of all those who have lived in this unique city of religious tolerance and multiculturalism through the past.
