The terms of purchase include the procedure for ordering, paying, and delivering goods offered on the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s online store page. The Seller is the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Buyer is any adult and legally capable person who selects at least one product from the online store, fills out the electronic order form, and sends it to the Seller. When placing an order, the Buyer accepts the general terms of purchase stated here. Through the Seller’s online store, all products listed on the Seller’s store page can be purchased. Delivery is carried out worldwide by DHL.
The National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the owner of the online store, processes the data of its Buyers as users of the online store shop.zemaljskimuzej.ba, intended for the internet sale of products, in accordance with the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data.
When purchasing from the online store shop.zemaljskimuzej.ba, the Buyer is required to enter their personal information. The entry of personal data is at the discretion of the Buyer, and if they do not enter the requested data for the given service, they will not be able to use the online shopping service.
The National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s online store does not collect or store information related to the Buyer’s payment cards in its databases. The data from the online store’s form is used exclusively for DHL delivery services.

3D Secure is a free service provided by Raiffeisen Bank in order to increase your security when paying with a payment card on the Internet, at merchants included in the Mastercard SecureCode and/or Verified by Visa program. The 3D Secure service provides you with additional protection against unauthorized use of your registered payment card during an online transaction.
The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the 3D Secure code (security protocol) of Raiffeisen Bank, so the entire payment process is performed on the bank’s website. At no time are the payment card details available to our system.
The merchant does not store credit card numbers and the numbers are not accessible to unauthorized persons.
Product and Service Delivery Policy
All products are thoroughly inspected before delivery and delivered undamaged and in proper condition. We will carefully package your products to ensure they arrive undamaged. In case certain goods included in the order are unavailable, the Buyer can contact [email protected] to inquire about the availability period of the products.
Import customs clearance depends on the local customs regulations of the destination country. All costs related to import customs clearance, as well as customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the package recipient.
Refund and Return Policy
According to the Consumer Protection Law of BiH (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 25/06), purchasing through our online sales site shop.zemaljskimuzej.ba is considered a distance sale.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be determined whether the product is correct and undamaged. The Buyer is responsible for any defect or damage to the product resulting from improper handling, meaning the Buyer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the product caused by handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product. If it is determined that the defect or damage to the product occurred due to the Buyer’s fault, the refund for the returned item will be denied, and the product will be returned to the Buyer at their expense.
The Buyer has the right to return goods to the Seller after delivery if:
- the delivered goods do not match the order,
- the delivered goods are faulty or damaged during transport.
The Buyer has the right to file a complaint (within 5 days) if the received package does not match the order specification or was damaged during transport. Returns are made via the postal service chosen by the Buyer.
The Buyer bears the costs of returning the product and money, except in cases where the Buyer received a faulty or incorrect item.
